Collaborative Process
Co-Design process is led by researchers at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and funded by a National Science Foundation (NSF) Grant.
Currently piloting and refining SWAP with community partners and nonprofits in Howard County.
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity has been established to scale efforts and ensure a lasting impact.
